The Brewster Sisters offer a comprehensive Murder Mystery Package in which you and your guests may participate as much or as little as you wish.
For those who wish to be a "Playtron" and actually participate in the storyline, a basic character framework will be given to them to provide them a place to jump into the storyline with their own interpretation. Each playtron's interaction with other characters plays an important role in the night’s festivities – everyone is encouraged to dive in and try on a new personality! Those wishing to participate will receive a short character sheet at the door identifying who they are...and some of them will receive other things of interest over the course of the evening, as well. It might be in someone's best interest to keep their clues close to the vest… or it might behoove them to team up with others and share the knowledge – only each player can decide how much to divulge…and to whom!
We also structure our events so that people who are a little bit more reserved can play as well. We call them our "Arm Chair Detectives". They can listen in, take notes and turn in a Who-Dun-It Ballot at the end of the evening, but not have to act as an actual participant in the storyline - although, we don't know why anyone would want to miss the chance to get away with homicide!
By the way, there may be more than one murder over the course of an evening... and be forewarned, our characters poke fun at almost every archetype out there, so take it all in the spirit it is intended – good, clean, murderous fun.
As an extra added value, an actual book of your personalized Murder Mystery will be available for pre-order the night of the event. The library quality 6 x 9 inch paperback will name the host organization in the storyline, as well as several key events that only happened at your event. It makes a great keepsake for a fun evening!
